About the Artist

Hi! My name is Meagan Steeves and I want to welcome you to Made By Mave!

As a Canadian artist and single mother to three beautiful girls, I have always been inspired to create. Art has been my therapy, my solace, and my way of expressing myself. It is through my art that I have found healing and a sense of purpose. Many artists, myself included, have found healing through the process of creating. It allowed me to tap into my emotions, release stress, and find a sense of calm. All of this magic happens while I get to create beautiful pieces of art for you to enjoy in your home, office, or give as a gift. 

The name Made By Mave has a deep meaning to me because each letter of Mave represents the middle names for me and my girls! My kids are my everything to me and what a better way to honour them in my art by including them in the name.
